If films and books are to be believed, if you were alive in the 70's, you may have spent your time at one or two "Key Parties" where you were randomly paired up with someone to go home with and engage in free spirited coitus. Today, we either stay at home alone, or congregate at an improv theater. "Key Party" arrives at that improv theater and combines that 70's arrangement with modern anxiety.
This improv show explores the inevitably rich moments leading up to that act of coupling, and the fallout that follows. The audience's peccadilloes and proclivities will inspire a group of talented improvisers to navigate the choppy waters of sexual freedom. Throw your key in the bowl, and let’s get it on.
Hosted by Laura Grey and Jordan Klepper and featuring special guest improvisers.
