David Ferguson

Dave Ferguson is a writer and performer from Dayton, Ohio and a graduate of Ithaca College. Dave is a member of the sketch group The Birthday Boys, formed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Los Angeles Theatre. The group has been selected for a number of comedy festivals and debuts their sketch TV show on IFC October 2013.
Individually, Dave's writing credits include IFC's Comedy Bang! Bang!, Adult Swim's NTSF:SD:SUV::, MTV's Popzilla, Matt Besser's This Show Will Get You High, and the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Dave has also worked as a staff writer for Funny or Die and a sketch teacher for UCB.
Dave's television acting resume includes episodes of The Office, Childrens Hospital, NTSF:SD:SUV::, Conan, Comedy Bang! Bang!, and the Fox pilot Tax Man.
Dave previously worked in comedy development for Imagine Television, producers of Arrested Development, 24, Parenthood, and Friday Night Lights.
Dave is best known as a personal friend to fellow performer and larger-than-life Los Angeles personality, Michael Mitchell.
