Leslie Korein

Leslie Korein is an actor, writer and director from New York. She currently lives in Los Angeles and performs monthly at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre with her Maude team, The Royal Bermuda Whiskey Club.

In addition to playing the titular role in the UCB's new hit show, Tonya Harding, The Musical!, she stars as January Schonfeld in Lost Moon Radio's "Million Dollar Hair" at the 2014 Hollywood Fringe Festival.

You may recognize Leslie from the internets. She has created several projects for the web including "32 and Childless" and "The Ex Boyfriend Song," and is a recurring character on the popular web series, Little Horribles.

Leslie is also a founding member of the improv group Trike, a TONY Critics' Pick, and performed in the international ensemble at the Vancouver Improv Festival under the direction of Charna Halpern.

In addition to her "face" work, Leslie directs regularly for the comedy and music ensemble, Lost Moon Radio, and the bicoastal arts ed company, The Story Pirates. Leslie has helped create musical stage adaptations for Found Magazine, Adventure Time and Fred. Yeah, THAT Fred.
