Lauren McGuire is a sketch comedy writer from Daytona Beach, Florida, where NASCAR and airbrushed dolphin T-shirts were invented. She graduated from New College of Florida where she was the school’s lone beekeeper for one year. She did not get laid during that time.
Lauren has had the good fortune of studying under Nick Wiger, Eric Scott, Sean Conroy, Greg Tuculescu, and Joe Hartzler. Her credits include Not Too Shabby, Blanche! A Spank Show, and Sketch Cram. Some of her work has been featured on Funny or Die.
Lauren is currently writing for the wonderfully talented maude team, New Money, and could not be happier about it!
