Joey Clift

Joey Clift is a writer, performer and proud member of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe. He got his start writing bits and segments for Cable 8 Productions at Washington State University where Cop Drama, a show he wrote, produced, and co-starred in won a 2008 College Broadcasters Incorporated National Student Production Award for Best Comedy. His professional writing credits include Cracked.com, World’s Deadliest on National Geographic Wild and Scare Tactics on SyFy.

While interning at Baby Cow Productions in the UK, the producers of The Mighty Boosh, Gavin and Stacey, and Alan Partidge explained to Joey that it is possible to have fun for a living.

His sketch group Dumbshit Mountain has been featured on the front pages of Funny or Die, Cracked.com, Ebaumsworld among other sites. He is a former writer for iO West House Sketch Team The Mutiny, which performed at San Francisco Sketchfest 2013 and Chicago Sketchfest 2013.

UCB Credits include Not Too Shabby, Sketch Cram and Maude Night. He also co-hosts improv and sketch show Where Eagles Dare at The Clubhouse.
