Joey Clift

Joey Clift is a writer, performer and cool dude from Marysville, Washington. He's written for shows on SyFy, TruTV, National Geographic Wild, Break.com and The Nerdist and has had sketches featured on Tosh.0 on Comedy Central, Funny or Die, College Humor and UCB Comedy. As a contributing writer for Cracked.com, his articles have received millions of views online. He also interned with the people behind The Mighty Boosh and Alan Partridge at Baby Cow Productions in the United Kingdom which was SUPER life changing.

He currently writes for UCBTLA Maude Team Tut. In the past, he wrote for sketch comedy darlings Dumbshit Mountain (Yahoo News, Newsweek), iO West House Sketch Team The Mutiny (SF Sketchfest 2013, Chicago Sketchfest 2013) and the 2014 CBS Diversity Showcase.

UCB Credits include Maude Night, Sketch Showdown, Quick & Funny Musicals, Not Too Shabby and Sketch Cram among other shows. He also co-hosts improv and sketch show Where Eagles Dare with "Flyin" Ryan Hitchcock at The Clubhouse.

An alumni of Washington State University's Edward R. Murrow College of Communication, Joey got his start at Cable 8 Productions where Cop Drama, a show he wrote, produced, and co starred in won a College Broadcasters Incorporated National Student Production Award for Best Comedy.
