Allison Hord

Allison Hord is a writer and performer from Fort Lauderdale, FL. After studying film at Northwestern University in Chicago, she worked in production in New York and Seattle before moving to LA to pursue writing and comedy. She currently is a producer at Funny or Die and spear-headed the launch of its political comedy page "Live Funny or Die" - an official Webby Honoree in 2012 for humor. Also for Funny or Die, she writes for their Yahoo! series "First Dates with Toby Harris" and worked on the Fuse show "Billy on the Street".
Allison writes for the awesome UCB maude team Bonafide. Her credits also include Not Too Shabby, the LA Comedy Fest, and shows at the Improv Space. You're more than welcome to read any of her various abandoned blogs strewn across the internet if you can find them.
