Daniel Van Kirk

Daniel Van Kirk grew up in America's heartland, Rochelle, IL, which instilled a love for sunsets, Chicago sports teams, and Chinese food buffets. He got a BFA in theatre performance from Roosevelt University and continued his love of sunsets and sports despite never finding a China Buffet in Chicago. Since moving to Los Angeles, Dan has been working as a writer and performer. He can be heard co-hosting the weekly podcast "Skalrbro County" with fellow comedians Jason and Randy Sklar and has also provided characters for "The Bear Down Podcast", "The Todd Glass Show" and many others. Dan has also been a performer and writer for the Nerdist network and has showcased his talent at a number of live shows and festivals around the country, including South by Southwest, The Montreal Just For Laughs Festival, and Riot: LA Comedy Fest. He's super pumped to be a member of the UCB Maude Team - Tut, and is still looking for a good China Buffet in Los Angeles if anyone has any tips.
