Ryan Hitchcock

Ryan Hitchcock is a Los Angeles native who got his first start at improv and sketch comedy as a member of the Generation Friends Comedy Arts Coalition at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. After that he moved back home and started taking classes at UCB and elsewhere. He's studied with greats like Sean Conroy, Nick Wiger, Alex Berg, Amy Seeley, Brian Huskey, Eugene Cordero, Johnny Meeks, Joe Wengert, and Julie Brister, among others.

Currently he does improv around town with indie teams like Conrad, Kanyay! West, Arsonist's Toolkit, and STREET LIGHTNING, and is a former member of iO West sketch team Super Kudzu. He also hosts two shows at indie improv hub The Clubhouse: sketch & improv show Where Eagles Dare on Thursdays, and indie improv cagematch The Wrangle on Sundays.

Ryan has performed at the Winnipeg Fringe Festival, Edmonton Fringe Festival, Vancouver Fringe Festival, Del Close Marathon, Sketchfest Seattle, Chicago Sketchfest, and The Laugh Factory Hollywood's first-ever (and last-ever) sketch comedy showcase. He co-founded Improlympia: The Evergreen State College's Comedy Festival.
