"Arrested Development" creator Mitch Hurwitz, U.K. filmmaker Edgar Wright and Nick Kroll of Comedy Central's Kroll Show will also accept trophies at the Montreal festival's industry conference.

BANFF, ALBERTA -- Parks and Recreation’s Amy Poehler will receive the best comedy person award at the upcoming Just For Laughs ComedyPro conference, organizers said Thursday.

And U.K. filmmaker Edgar Wright (Spaced) will pick up the best comedy director prize at the Montreal festival just before his latest movie, The World’s End, debuts.

The ComedyPro conference will also give Arrested Development creator and executive producer Mitch Hurwitz the Just For Laughs best comedy writer of the year trophy.

And helping Hurwitz participate in an unplugged conversation in Montreal about what’s next for the Bluths as fans binge on new Arrested Development episodes on Netflix will be Ted Sarandos, chief content officer at Netflix.

The upcoming prize-giving at ComedyPro includes Nick Kroll, of Comedy Central's Kroll Show and FX's The League, who will receive the best breakout comedy star trophy.

All four trophies will be handed out on July 26 at an awards show hosted by Jeff Ross (The Burn With Jeff Ross).

Just for Laughs organizers on Thursday also announced that Nerdist Industries founder Chris Hardwick, like Ross, will emcee two Talk of the Fest shows in Montreal, and former Saturday Night Live writer and producer John Mulaney will perform his solo show on July 25.
